I have had the honor of providing complete and caring childbirth
support to families in the Santa Rosa area for over 15 years. I offer
birth doula support, postpartum doula support, and childbirth,
preparation  classes. I also offer breastfeeding and infant care
classes. As the mother of 4 and grandmother of soon to be six, I
believe birth is an amazing experience in a woman's life that she will
always remember  I am a certified doula and postpartum doula
through Doulas of North America International, a certified childbirth
educator through International Childbirth Educators Association, and
a Lactation Specialist. I am a Certified Community Health Worker and
trained home visitor for mothers and newborns in Sonoma County as
well.  My job as a doula is to get to know you and your family and to
help you understand your options and choices around childbirth. My
job then is to support and advocate for you to help you to create the
birth you desire. I am experienced in hospital, birth center, home birth
and water birth. I have helped many women achieve a successful
vaginal birth after a cesarean birth. As your postpartum doula I can
also care for you and your family after the birth. I can help you to stay
nurished, rested, and provide breastfeeding and newborn care
information. I am also availble for nightime support.  I look forward to
